JoJo Sutherland

This charismatic comic performs in comedy clubs worldwide where she is in as much demand for her compére abilities as she is for her comedy routine. Her natural stage presence alongside her ‘healthy neglect’ attitude to life and motherhood proves extremely popular amongst many and varied audiences including the Armed Forces where she remains as one of the few women to go to military bases to entertain the troops (with comedy!)

Raymond Mearns

Raymond Mearns is one of the UK’s busiest circuit comics and can be seen regularly performing at venues all across the country and on the International Comedy Circuit. Successful Edinburgh Fringe shows each year from 2011 till 2017 have shown that Raymond has a considerable ability to keep his stand-up fresh, relevant and extremely funny. Described by Frankie Boyle as ‘a genuine improvisational genius’, Raymond is at last gaining wider recognition as one of the most consistent comedians in the land.

“A personality so huge it fills the room” – The List
“Exceptionally Funny and Cathartic” – The Scotsman.

Simon Lomas

Despite only starting stand up in September 2015, Simon Lomas is already widely regarded as one of the most refreshing and exciting up-and-coming acts in the country. This year he has been nominated for Best Newcomer in the Chortle Awards and taken part in the prestigious Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year competition. Definitely one to watch.

“the writing is strong, efficient and offbeat, with an enviable hit rate” Chortle
“different to any act I’ve ever seen before” Bruce Dessau

Jay Handley

Jay Handley used to make beautiful sculpted oak furniture before binning it all off to become a comedian instead. A decision that has been financially catastrophic. It has however given him a wonderful platform to share wrong-headed opinions on matters he should probably leave well alone.

Jack Gleadow

Winner of Leicester Mercury Comedian 2018 and many other national competitions, Jack Gleadow is the One Man Variety Show with the use of sounds, stories, jokes and a scooter!

”an absolute natural’ Chortle
‘echoes of Norman Wisdom’ BBC Humberside.

Harriet Dyer

Harriet Dyer has been heard on many things including BBC Radio 4 Extra, BBC Ouch and Absolute Radio. She’s been seen with eyes on BBC3, BBC Live at The Fringe and more likely ITV’s Dinner Date where she didn’t cook the chicken thus making her date very ill.

“A bundle of whimsical hilarity… a breath of fresh air… will have you in stitches” – Broadway Baby

Danny Deegan

With the confidence and swagger that you might expect of a North-West comedian at the very top of his game, Danny Deegan is a comedian, writer and actor who has become a regular at most of the major comedy clubs in the UK since he began performing in 2003.

Matt Bragg

I first began performing stand up comedy in 2000, in a Butlin’s talent show at the age of 8, after a brief sabbatical of 17 years, I returned to stand up comedy and have been regularly performing all over the country ever since. Mostly gag driven routines combined with story telling and elements of observational comedy.

‘laconic’ by Harry Hill
‘Incredibly and effortlessly funny’ by the Comedy Cow.
